蔡国龙是LMVG的首席执行官。他曾出任柏威年有限公司中国区集团首席财务官，太平星集团中国区执行副总裁等多个跨国集团在亚太、中国、北美洲的重要职位。蔡先生在企业管理、金融与资本运作、商业运营的各个方面积累了极为丰富的国际化管理经验，尤其对酒店、零售、房地产行业的投资与开发、资产管理。他擅长结合东西方商业体系与企业文化，进行全球化运作。
蔡先生毕业于美国洛杉矶西太平洋大学，并获得了工商管理硕士。
Koron Choi is CEO of LMVG. As former China Group CFO of Pavilion International limited，Executive VP of Pacific Star China, and other executives of multinational groups in Asia Pacific, PRC and North American, Mr. Choi has accumulated extensive experience for management, finance and operations, particularly in hospitality, real estate investment/development, asset management and retail industries for both oriental and western business cultures. This contributes to successfully achieving corporate goals especially for global operation.
Mr Choi graduated from Pacific Western University with a Master degree in Business Administration.
杨凡先生是LMVG的联合创始人和副董事长、首席财务官。他曾任职于武汉金控、武汉百联奥特莱斯、福建纵横集团。任职期间，他主导多起并购和投资案，如艾曼动漫获超IRR100%，、药明康德IRR35%+等，并成功布局多起新能源、集成电路产业的项目。杨先生在中百产业并购基金中完成7亿元的投资退出。
杨先生毕业于英国埃塞克斯大学，并获得了金融学学士学位。
Fan Yang is co-founder and Vice Chairman, Chief Financial Officer of LMVG. He worked for Wuhan Financial Holding, Wuhan Bailian Outlets and Fujian Zongheng Group, where he leads the team in acquisitions and investments. He was previously involved in Zhongbai Industrial Merger & Acquisition Fund as well as headed the investment into Aiman.
Mr Yang graduated from University of Essex UK with a Bachelor degree in Finance.
张耀光先生是LMVG的首席技术官。他曾任新加坡淡马锡旗下Mapletree丰树地产基金中国区开发部总裁，凯德商业中国开发部副总裁，TESCO中国物业董事，是新加坡的注册 建筑师。他以丰富的开发经验、创新技能和管理能力，自2005年起在中国房地产市场主持了凯德商业中国多个购物中心的开发项目，领导了乐购地产中国购物中心的投资和开发，并带领淡马锡控股旗下丰树中国的开发团队完成多个住宅、标志性购物中心、大型产业园、现代物流园项目。
张先生毕业于新加坡国立大学，并获得了建筑设计学士学位。
YK Cheong is Chief Technical Officer of LMVG. He was Development Head of Mapletree China Real Estate Fund, Development VP of Capitaland China and Real Estate Director of TESCO China. A licensed architect from Singapore, Mr Cheong moved to China in 2005 and has vast experience in the fields of logistics, residential and commercial development. Equipped with both creative skills and management capability, he completed multiple malls for Capitaland Retail China, led the investment and development of malls for Tesco Property China, and headed the development team in Mapletree China where he delivered numerous logistics, and residential projects and iconic malls.
Mr Cheong graduated from National University of Singapore with a Bachelor degree in Architectural Design.
邓炳强先生是LMVG的首席开发官。他曾任新加坡淡马锡控股旗下Mapletree丰树房地产基金高级副总裁，开发部总经理，同时致力专业及学术发展。邓先生于1997年担任新加坡测量师与估值师学会会长，同年亦担任亚太区工料测量师协会主席，一直代表新加坡参与国际专业活动。他1999年获新西兰工料测量师学会颁发首个海外荣誉会员证书，2002年获国际造价工程协会颁发感谢奖及亚太区工料测量师协会颁发协会的最高荣誉奖，2005年任天津理工大学客座教授，2006年获国际造价工程协会颁发荣誉国际院士奖。邓先生参与的主要项目如下：新加坡股票交易中心大厦、新加坡Woodland 及 Circle Line 地铁发展项目、淡马锡理工学院、新加坡四季酒店、北京奥运室内场馆、北京酒店改造、北京千禧酒店、上海45万平写字楼商场综合体、上海五星级服务公寓改造、西安25万平住宅及商场项目、佛山15万平商业，35万平住宅，55万平住宅教育中心及写字楼，70万平产业园、宁波40万平商业，医院及住宅、中国各地各类工业园及物流园逾100万平等。
邓先生毕业于英国修福特大学，并获得了工料测量及建筑经济荣誉理学士。
Edward Tang is CDO of LMVG. A former SVP and GM of the Development Department of Mapletree China Real Estate Fund, Mr. Tang was involved in the development of various industrial parks and logistics parks, mass transit, major commercial and residential projects. Prior to his China posting, he was the President of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers in 1997. In the same year, he also served as Chairman of the Pacific Association of Quantity Surveyors. In 1999, he was conferred a Honorary Member of the New Zealand Institute of Quantity Surveyors. In 2002, he was conferred the Appreciation Award by the International Cost Engineering Council, and the highest honorary award, the PAQS Medal by the Pacific Association of Quantity Surveyors. In 2006, he was conferred a Distinguish International Fellow by the International Cost Engineering Council.
Mr Tang graduated from University of Salford with a Bachelor degree in Quantity Surveying and Construction Economics.
祝宏飞先生是LMVG工业地产的执行董事。他曾任GLP中国区资产总监，新加坡淡马锡旗下Mapletree丰树地产物业管理总监，高力国际上海总部设施总经理。祝先生拥有持续20年的亚洲房地产工作经历、工程背景、国有及外资企业20多年管理经验，擅长团队筹建、项目筹建、资产管理和客户开发，曾管理GLP超过60个、高力国际上海超过30个、丰树超过30个等各商业办公项目，工业物流项目。
祝先生毕业于上海海事大学，并获得了设备管理学士。
Gary Zhu is Executive Director of LMVG Industrial. As asset management Director of GLP China, asset management Director of Mapletree China, and GM of Colliers Shanghai, Mr Gary Zhu has more than 20 years of asset management and project management experience in SOE and foreign companies. He is a team builder, with good skills in project management and asset / customer management. In total, he took part in 60+ projects in GLP China, 30+ projects in Colliers China, and 30+ commercial / office / industrial / logistics projects.
Mr Zhu graduated from Shanghai Maritime University, with a Bachelor degree in Facility Management.
